This is a beautiful vintage flower brooch pin that also has an attached bail on it so it could be worn as a pendant if so desired. It has an abalone inlay along with what looks like a dark blue gemstone inlay with flecks of green in it.. It measures approximately 1.5" across and the total weight is 9.5g. The markings include Hecho En Mexico, the 925 silver mark, and the initials MMB. It is in pretty good vintage condition with some scratches, dings, toning and tarnish from normal wear. It does have some very tiny chips in the abalone but those could be original to the piece-I am not sure. The blue inlay doesn't look very smooth. It has a rough texture to it which makes me think it is some sort of stone, not enamel. The clasp opens and closes as it should. (Bin#MS2)
