We try to create a healthy environment of intellectual thought, debate and enjoyment.
We are open-minded to all backgrounds and disabilities.
We encourage all our staff to work for a client or supplier once in a while and participate in continuous training.
We are actively hiring analysts in all sectors, especially as investment bank models of research, which is paid for by trading commissions, move to unbundled commissioned research. We are set up to take advantage of this structural move. Initially we would like to focus on financials, property, biotech, oil & gas, mining, consumer and technology. However, we are open-minded to this development, depending on quality of the person or team. We want the best, however if this quality is not available we’ll train up new talent.
We are also hiring equity salespersons with investment trust, mining, financial and property specialisms.
We select talent from top universities who can bring unique skills to our business.
Typically we hire administrators, lawyers, accountants, actuaries, equity analysts, investor relations, financial modellers and equity/research sales personnel.
